As a service trade, service calls for our permanent pursuit and is also the initiating point and foothold for the market competition. Non-insistence of the client supreme and personalized service ideas will have the clients away from us, then we will be eliminated through the market competition. Therefore what we shall do is to strengthen the service consciousness, try our best to satisfy the clients to an utmost extent and, meanwhile, guide their demands so as to get “we have what others do not have, ours are more excellent than the same of others”, just in this way, the enterprise can have the competitive force of it reinforced and in a better environment for existence and progression.
